Confirmed cases of German Measles at DD nursery, should I be worried?

There are three notices up at my DD (2.7) nursery, one for headlice, one for hand, foot and mouth and one for german measles

I've looked into it on the NHS and they call it Rubella, she has had the single vaccines for Rubella so can she still catch it? And how long will she be contagious for?

Her cousin has just got over Chicken Pox and they spend two days a week together, so I'm expecting that anytime soon, so I really don't need G Measles as well!!

Thanks

if she is vaccinated she should be ok

I would have thought it would be extremely unlikely she will catch Rubella if she has been vaccinated against it.

They probably have the notice up as a warning to possibly pregnant or early pregnant mothers as the disease is more dangerous to developing fetuses than anyone else.
