Several yucky nappies- do I send to nursery tomorrow?

Ds has had several very wet loose nappies. They look like diahorrea. Sorry.
He's fine in himself apart from teething. No temp. No vomiting. Good appetite.
Do I send him to nursery as it's probably tooth related or keep him off in case it's a bug? Wwyd?

Keep him off of course. Unless no more yucky poos between now and tomorrow morning.
