I'm pretty sure he can as he has no spots just a bit grumpy but I guess the alternative is I keep him at home for 21 days to be sure?!?
Just wanted a sanity check as to when he'll be infectious - is it when first spot appears?

He might not get it - my friend's eldest didn't get it from either of his siblings. He will be infectious immediately before but you're not going to know if he's got it until his spots come out

so its ok just to keep sending him?

DS1's preschool were fine with him going when DS2 had CP. As long as they don't have spots and are well in themselves then it's normal for them to be out and about as usual.
