Would you go to the gp re this?

9 wk old had slight chest infection. Had antibiotics. Cough went. Stopped anti biotics and now returned! Had first jabs three days ago.

Dd who is 3 has a hacking cough. No fever, just a tad grumpy. No other signs of illness but cough persisting.

As a rough guide, if the cough has persisted in either of them for more than 5 weeks then yes. And if it came back in the baby after the antibiotics ended then yes again. The GP felt it was serious enough to prescribe ABs in the first place so I'd go back and check.

With a 9 week old, yes I would.
