Dd has hand foot and mouth which we only found out yesterday as it presented on her legs first then has gradually gone onto her hands and feet. I would never normally worry too much about them catching things from each other but we go away next Wednesday (7th) to the canary islands so am a bit worried. Thanks x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

DS2 had it when he was 2 and no-one else in the family got it, including DS1 (then 5). Apparently it's sub-clinical/asymptomatic in lots of cases so they might have it but you'd never know.

DS2 got it. DS1 did not get it nor did DH who is immune-suppressed
