Urine infection on 3yo girl

How would this present? DD has had 8 wee accidents in 8 days, having had none in prev 6 months. She has moaned that she is a bit sore inside but not in a serious way. OR..could it be connected with the fact that I have gone back to work full time and she is now home with DH. He has ben careful about drinks and keeps reminding her to go, but 3 accidents today.

Get a sample if you can and see if the out of hours can check it, it does sound like a UTI, typical symptoms are needing to wee more, cystitis to start with, needing to wee during the night. In small children they will wet themselves so it's best to get it checked.
