DD (6) complaining of discomfort on urinating, 'leaking' at night but GP says no UTI...

...any ideas?

She's been reliably dry at night for last 3m, dry 50-75% of time before that

Says she feels 'pressure' when weeing

Doesn't appear ill and isn't urinating frequently

GP wondered if she's recovering from an UTI that's resolving itself

Does this sound plausable?

Did he even do a dipstick test? I wonder if she is a bit dehydrated which would explain the not peeing often bit.
IIWY, I'd go back with a specimin and ask for a dipstick test which if anything does show up should lead to a proper MSU.
Good luck

He did do a dipstick test, but there wasn't enough to send off to the lab. But from the dipstick he said nothing apparent was showing

I have a sample kit to send off on Mon if symptoms persist
