My 2yo DS has had some red spots around his mouth for about a month. They're not really raised or dry.He get occasional eczema (used to get it quite badly) and I've tried the usual creams for that, which haven't worked. They're not itchy and don't seem to bother him but think they should have cleared up by now. Any ideas?
