DS has had vomiting bug since Sat, Dr advised starvation diet for the last 6 hours then clear fluids first if he's ok with the water. What's the best thing to offer? I was thinking porridge?

speedy, sounds hard going! Not that long to go now though is it - and then you have the new baby to cope with on top of the rest.

Oz is not blazing hot as such - "interesting" weather here at the mo, lots of rain and mugginess interspersed with v. hot (yet still quite muggy) days. Too many mozzies By Far - due to the extra wetness - makes going outside an extremely unpleasant experience. Just trying to get over post-travel lurgy AND deal with renewed homesickness AND cope with the weather takes it out of me, and I'm not even pg!

Lots of ((hugs)) and good vibes to you and Bump

DD 13 months has been sick all day on and off and from 8am on she's been on water only. DS has just thrown up all over the kitchen floor (he's 3.5 years)after his tea ....I go with starvation..when ds was 9 months he had a horrible d and v virus. in the end only starvation and sips of water sorted it on advice of emergency doc. DD flaked out on me as i type - it does makethem v tired though....
