Blood in baby's snot

Please bear with, I am a first time anxious mum.
My baby (20 wks) has had a cold for the last couple days, lots of sneezing and coughing.
Since yesterday I noticed little streaks of blood in his snot.
I guess this happens to adults when they have a cold, but is it ok for babies too?

yes perfectly normal my ds had this a lot as a baby
