DS got hit in his face by a ball in PE leavung what looked like a small cut on the outside. He came home last night and it was still bleeding, then were realised it wasn't just blood but saliva as well and that it was bubbling through.
Took him to the UCC where the nurse has superglued the hole from the outside and they have left the inside to heal naturally.
It's in a really awkward place and he can't help moving it. Been told to needs to keep his mouth as clean as possible ie mouth wash etc not to get the wound wet for 5 days.
Anyone else had an injury like this, did it heal okay.
