DD2 (9)is feeling unwell:headaches;aches and pains etc.but can't stop weeing...is this a virus or an infection?

Anybody else's kids had anything like this over the last couple of weeks?

You should go to the GP to get him checked - it's probably NOT anything serious, but you should get a simply urine test done to rule out UTI or diabetes.
