Hello there, I just wondered if there was anyone else out there who has a son/daughter who unfortunately has this condition. I posted a thread on the NDCS web site and no one came forward so I am led to believe it must be quite rare.
She currently wears a hearing aid in her right ear for moderate loss and we will have to wait until she is 16 years old for the operation. I have been told that her hearing will probably get worse before then due to puberty etc.
I would be most grateful to hear from anyone who can share their experiences of this condition,
