Should this be a cause for concern. She is asleep now. Has been up and down all day with temp and at times lively alert and happy to play. Just gave her a bath. When she came out she suddenly was very shivery and her temperature went from normal to 38+ in about 10 minutes. She was a bit sick and quite lethargic. gave her paracetamel and and a sip of water and now she is asleep. Still hot but cold hands and feet....
