DD has been off her food this week and we wondered if it was to do with teeth coming through (she has a lot of teeth). DH managed to prise her jaws open last night and her top gum looks very red and swollen; he can only see the front where she has all her teeth so not related to new teeth IYSWIM.

Daft question but is this a visit to the dentist or doctor? She hasn't been to the dentist yet - can't actually see how they would manage to get her jaws open...

TIA

Dentist I would say - they deal with all oral health including gum problems.
