ds2 is 6 weeks old has had mottled skin on and off i went to the clinic last week and a HV said it could be a sign of a urine infection and see if his wee starts to smell
but i took him to the gp thismorning as hes got a cold and a bit of a chesty cough (gp said hes fine) to get him checked over and asked him and he said its changes in temperature

dd was like this , sensitive to change in temperature or poss dehydration.

Would say temp changes and poor circulation, layers and time should help.

on reading the title i thgouth it's the cold.
is he warm enough?

AwayWithTheFaries · 20/10/2009 18:39

hes warm enough and i dont think its dehydration hes breastfed on demand and he is a little piggy!
his hands are cold and they are a bit mottled now but his body isnt so it could be circulation

yeah, all of mine have had cold hands/feet. even putting gloves and extra woolly socks on made little difference, def a circulation thing.
