so if you take a childs temp underarm with a digital thermometer

you then add 1 degree?

Is that right, so LO's temp of 36.6 would be 37.6?

Can't get my head straight today!

thank you, so she'd be just over 37. so nothing major then! phew.
thought she just felt a tad hot (and has a cold too, but fine in herself!)
