dd woke up with red patchers on her hands ,what could it be?

she was itching a little in night but woke up with red patcher's on her palms its not raised or spots , and dont have anywhere else iv checked her feet and mouth but nothing there!
could it be some thing she touched yesterday, or an illness coming on?

Hey trace. Happened to dd a while back, she was itchy in the night, red palms. Was excema, they assumed she'd touched something that triggered the rash. Have you tried something to soothe it?

hi soh not put anything on its not scaly but i did wonder if she as touched some thing she does get excema, it looks like its under the skin but her hands still smooth
