lump on leg after four month jabs??

dd2 had her 4 month jabs on Tues, she is perfectly fine in herself but she has a hard lump on her leg, about 2 inches long, just below where the injection was done. It isn't bothering her and she doesn't even flinch when it is touched.

Does anyone know if this is normal/ok??
