He is 3 and a little under the weather with a runny nose. He had a long nap (unusually) this morning but seems well in himself now and has been playing out today.

The only thing that's worrying me is that he is very wheezy and seems to be struggling for breath.

Do you think he needs to see a doctor?

Hi, yes I think I would get the doctor to check it out just to be on the safe side. Have you spoken to NHS direct?

Yes and asap. If he is struggling to breathe then take him to be seen NOW.

My dd had this when she was about 18months, she had bronchiolitis.
Tell the doctor you need to be seen today. Hope he is ok.
