Hi any advise on how I can help my DD (18mths) with very painful pooing?

I stoped bf about 8 days ago and since then she has suffered when trying to poo.

She is straining really hard, crying in pain and only going evry 2-3 days (used to go twice evry day when bf.

Thanks

A teaspoon of olive oil mixed in her food will help.

is she drinking enough? she may need more fluids as lack of can cause dry hard stools. Orange juice is pretty good too.
