Any ideas about dd and somach pain ?A bit TMI <sorry>

DD age 9 Has complained of a stomach ache all day she does not have a temp but keeps feelng sick and her tummy does occasionally go quite hard she has tried to do a poo all afternoon and couldn't go .
She has finally been but said it was green hard and very smelly (she is also doing toxic farts too).

Urgh - plenty of fluids and plain food for 24 hours will sort that. Sounds like she's just picked up a gastric thing. It will pass.
