4 year old complaining of headaches repeatedly

I keep assuming he is dehydrated, so offer him a drink. But at which point do I worry? He seems very sincere about it. he otherwise seems well other than these headaches which are approx every other day.
Can the gp do anything?

Have you had an eyetest to rule out shortsightedness?
