4 year old with frequent Hiccups child

This might seem silly but my dd gets frequent Hiccups - 6 times today!
She is on Gaviscon for gastric reflux which she's had since birth. Her Hiccups seem to come in stages; days of frequent Hiccups and then none for a week or two. She's now old enough that they bother her and really seem uncomfortable at times.
Any ideas? Should I be worried?

dies she get active straight from eating i notice if my ds starts running around straight from eating he gets really bad hiccups

just that his food hasn't had time to go down before he starts running about
