if not on tummy, but very large red bumps that are very itchy with a whiter lump in the middle..

Hmmm. first thought was CP then I thought of impetigo which I've had when on a maternity job. The baby had a blister and then several blisters on back of legs and I had a weeping patch on my chin which is where it more commonly starts (the face).

is it urticaria/wheals?
they are intensely itchy and have a raised area of fluid in the middle.They come up when scratched even more.
