dd 4 had chesty cough for couple weeks dissapeared but has come back ?

Should i take her to docs ?
Don't want to waste docs time with a cough.
Could this be the same one or just another ?

How old is she?
Is it just a cough? has she had any other irritation that could indicate e.g. hayfever? (sniffles, itchy eyes)
Is there asthma in your family or do you think there is any risk that it might be asthma?
I would take her to the GP, just in case.
