Small person, big front baby teeth, smack on the kitchen floor with a dummy in ( arghhhh!!! hate myself!) the tooth was knocked back slightly and up into the gum - ( ie upwards into the socket) not completely but about 3 mm i reckon - can get a dentist to look, or will it realign itself ? anyone know a good pediatric dentist in london?

DD did this at the age of 4 when she whacked her mouth off of the coffee table. She got x-rayed at the dentist and the tooth wasnt affecting the roots of the tooth behind it so it was just left in place. It has gradually come back almost into position and luckily hasnt turned black. Could you get your own dentist to have a look?
