Mouth ulcers and glands in neck up

Any ideas of how best to treat?

Should she go to pre-school?

Otherwise in good spirits - if a little tired.

Oh and she refuses Bonjela - hates the taste. If I force the issue she cries, dribbles and spits it out.

my 15 month DS has just come back from the hospital diagnosed with Buccal Ulcers. Hes been given a spray for the mouth and throat and been told to give him regular paracetamol as there quite inflamed and sore.
