17 mth dd trying to speak but seems to stick her tongue out when trying to do so. Should i be concerned ?

We recently went away with family and they noticed this initially.
She is doing it more and more now, so much so her chin is very red and sore.
She can say maybe 3/4 words but with her tongue sticking out.
