She has an under arm temp of 39.9 she is very drowsy.

I have rang NHS direct who advised taking temp after an hour to see if Calpol has helped.

She has come around a bit now, but has just vomitted all over my newly cleaned chair.

NHS Direct said to ring back if there were any new symptoms but I don't think that's necessary as she is loads more alert than she was when I rang.

I'll just keep a close eye on her tonight I think.

And I have just been informed by dd1 that she too is gravely ill.

She has eyes apparently

I am not sure she will make it. We may need to operate immediately
