Has it always been that way? If not, maybe one of them is starting to develop before the other. That happened to me, and mine aren't lopsided. Well, not much

Has it always been bigger, or have you just noticed it?

When my DD was 8, she could feel a lump under one of her nipples. Weeks later after various GP and hospital visits, it was diagnosed as a breast bud (and now she is beginning to develop!)

So if it is "new" I'd say it's probably just the start of puberty. Gulp!

yeah for the past year or so id say ive noticed it and not said anything to her but she know has noticed herself and is worried they will grow wonky
will have to wait and see

they usually develop asymmetrically IIRC - doesn't mean they'll end up lopsided but most women do have one breast bigger than the other
