Aluminium and mercury in vaccines - is this true, does it cause autism and is this just in the US?

Forgive me, have only scanned this article which a friend has posted to her blog.

Has anyone come across this - my medical knowledge is very limited so can someone tell me if I should worry or not please? Many thanks!

yes, it is true.
it is one of the reasons my children are not vaccinated

sorry should add, haven't read the link, but they do contain rathert a lot of aluminium. don't think anything over here now contains mercury/thimerosol but I could be wrong!
