very storng smelling "bits" in 21 month old

perhaps it is his urine or perhaps from anal aperture#

tiny bit red nappy rash but nothing out of ordinary

no other symtpom

just down there smells real strong since 2-3 days..even after bath!

seems fine in his himself

anybody know what this could be?

Perhaps you could get him checked out just in case he has an infection?

I suppose they can. I always knew when Ds had had sugar puffs at my parents house. You could smell them when he wee'd.
