ds 2.10yrs -very strong smelling urine

I would start thinking about whether he is a wee bit dehydrated and get him to drink more during the day as this usually helps. The colour of his urine is a good indication as it should be pale yellow and the darker it is the more fluid he needs although most people have darker and stronger smelling urine in the morning.

Also it could be the foods that he is eating which can affect the smell for example asparagus gives people strong smelling urine.
