impetigo?

Are they weeping and sore?

exzema?

Ds (4) often has two patches just below the corners of his mouth - he sticks his tongue out when he's concentrating and the continual wetness results in red patches. Could it be similar for your dd?

That's where they are mistle thrush, right in the corners. She does stick her tongue out a lot

They are not weeping ruby, but they are red.

have you tried vaseline as a barrier?

i would pop to the pharmacy with her - they are usually good on this sort of stuff and will advise as to whether you need to go to the GP

I've been putting sudocream on at night. I will go to the chemist when we go out later

I've been using some Aloe Vera on ds which has definitely helped - and (as he's a bit older) I've been encouraging him not to stick his tongue out quite as much!
