Can anyone recommend a chewable Vitamin C tablet that children will actually take?!

Hi, need to get Vit C in 1000mg for ds but the powder we've been given by the consultant is just undrinkable so would be really grateful if anyone can recommend a chewable & tasty alternative. Thanks

Bassetts do some lovely ones for all the family. Thier childrens ones are really nice (hehe) I take them myself and its the only thing that my mum could get my little brother to take. They taste just like sweets.

Here you go, to see the packet

Was going to suggest the Bassetts ones too, but just checked my packets and they are only 60mg (multi-vits). That is a lot of vitamin C you need! not sure if its poss in chewy versions, hope someone else can help.

Natures Aid do a chewy Vit C too. I dodnt mention this before as they are normally just taken by adults. But If he needs that much then try them. They come in a white tub, with a metallic orange strip around them.

btw...order online as you can get discounts much better than in the shop. Order straight from NaturesAid. Sometime they do deals in some health shops/chemists. Buy1get1free etc...

I would second the Bassett ones,my DD1 couldn't wait until she was old enough to take them.

DS (13) takes the Omega 3 ones, which helps him to concentrate at school.
