Does a scarlett fever rash always peel? Does measles scab?

DD had scarlett fever a few months ago, she was poorly for a week or so but recovered fine. Her rash was all over, but it didn't peel, it scabbed.
She still has some scabs on her arms (the last place the rash came)
Does this sound right for scarlett fever?
Im probably going back to the gp next week with her for unrelated reasons so wondered if I should question the scarlett fever diagnosis?
Could it have been measles?
The gp, when diagnosing her only discounted measles because she didn't have "measley eyes"
If anyone has any experience of either scarlett fever or measles I'd really appreciate some input.

Oh, the reason for questioning this now is that she is 12.5 months, so coming up for mmr soon

When ds1 had SF his feet and hands peeled. The rest of the rash went dry and a bit flakey but no scabs.

why does it matter for the MMR?

If she's already had measles i'd probably get single jabs and not bother with that one, she'd already have immunity wouldn't she?

DS had a mild dose of measles (he had first MMR but not booster). His rash didn't peel or scab, just spontaneously went away.
