fine after first 2 lots of jabs but bad after 3rd? Normal?

ds2 is19 weeks. had 3rd lot yesterday and having to give calpol regularly for temp and he v grizzly. he was fine last 2 times but not with this, is this normal??

My dd was much worse after her 3rd lot too. I thought it might be because it was all 3 injections to deal with instead of 2 at the first 2 jabs. She was fine after a day though.
