Taking Dd2 for her booster injection today, what shall I say to her?

I haven't told her anything yet, she's 3 and a half.

I don't like taking them for injections, I'm taking sweets and medicine with me and I will obviously give her tlc but what can I say to her to make it easier?

I told DS that it would hurt a little bit but it would be very quick and would make him strong and stop him getting bugs when he starts school. I didn't make a big thing of it though, and he took it really well. Mind you, I think he was a little bit older than your DD.

Well she was excellent, she didn't cry at all and was even laughing and counting while she had them, one in each arm. So relieved that is over though!

That's great. Glad it went OK. Sometimes we mums worry more than we need to.
