I just discovered my 2 year old has chewed through a cucumber - before I unwrapped it. He's clearly eaten through the clingfilm too, probably 2-3 inches-worth

He seems fine at the moment but am worried if it might cause problems in his tummy...

Should I call a doctor do you think??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

it should pass through with no ill effects, ring NHS direct for more info.
If your lucky you will get a shrink wrapped poo and a clean nappy

I'd have thought the main danger would have been choking, but if she has eaten it and not choked, then hopefully if should pass through.

My DS ate some tinsel when he was one I didn't know until it appeared in his nappy I'm sure he'll be fine.
