Baby pooh question sorry TMI creamy and hard

DD2 has started having hard, small pellet, beidge coloured poohs. shes in pain doing them and has mucus too. Shes started having more cows milk lately as dh is very sick. I am only BFing her first thing in the morning. Anyone got any ideas?

my dd is 2yr and she does pellet poos sometimes! can you up your dd's fluid intake and get some fruit or fibre ion her to keep poos fresh? prunes and clementines thunder through my dd!

she drinks loads tbh! DD1 had major bowel problems till she was 4years old, was hoping to get away with it this time.

dds is dark brown, yet ds is 4m and ff and his are like korma paste. s it the different milk perhas?
