My 21mo dd has just thrown up (in the last hour).
Been off colour all day culminating in a huge vom. This has clearly now left a gap as she is asking for some of my dinner. She's refused a cracker but is there something else I can give her? Presumably not her bed time milk?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd give her toast with just a smear of butter & jam.

TotalChaos · 19/03/2009 17:53

what's your dinner? unless it's cheesey/creamy or a hot curry I'ld be inclined to let her have some

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/03/2009 17:54

toast or banana to bind

if she is hungary she will eat it

Bumperlicioso · 19/03/2009 17:58

Chicken and chorizo casserole with creme fraiche so perhaps not my dinner. She is asking for a satsuma now? Too harsh on an empty stomach? Should I steer clear of bedtime milk too?

Well she has just polished off 3 crackers so you were right about eating if she is hungry.
