Is it worth giving fish oils to big kids?

Hi,

My kids are 6, 8 and 10. I will continue to give the youngest his fish oils as he is dyspraxic, but is there a benefit for the older two? They had them when they were small then I stopped giving them but I took them up again last summer as the eldest was being a bit silly at school. Amazingly he is now a little angel but this could just be coincidence - he is, after all, at an age where he could be starting to grow up! It's just that it costs a fortune and I really don't know if it's worth it. Anyone know anything about this? (They are in good schools so good behaviour is the norm - someone will shoot me down for this but I do feel it's relevant).

Yes absoloutely.
My 15 year old still takes them as he is heading for GCSE's. Adults should take them too.

And 15 year old reminds me to get them as he can really tell when he misses IYSWIM. Given how vile they are the difference to him must feel substantial
