pimples/red spots behind ear and back of 5 month old

DS is 5 months and i noticed today that he has reddish pimples on his back and behind ears. could it be an allergy or is it eczema?

This could be a sign that he may have eczema, or it could be prickly heat. They could also be milk spots or he could just be a little too hot.

Does the spots have little white heads in them? Is the skin around it chaffed or very dry?
It could be eczema.

Is the spots bright red and feel 'warm' to touch? Is the rest of his skin around the spots a pailer colour than normal?
It could be Prickly heat.

To be on the safe side I'd suggest ringing NhS Direct or taking him to see the Doc in the morning.

Is there anything he could of had a reaction to?
