My baby son/ daughter and myself all have a virus cough, cold and sore throat. The baby has been up all night coughing. I feel like going for a walk to get out of the house and have some fresh air. Do you think this would be ok? or do you think it is better to keep him inside whilst he is poorly?

As long as he is warmly wrapped up then I think that's a great idea. Slightly moist/cold air can actually be easier for them to breathe and you'll all feel better for it. I think your walk should take you to a shop though where you can stock up on vitamin c containing things and chocolate!!
