My LOs eyes are all crusty, red and sore. I have bathed them but just wondered if there was an over the counter remedy I could use before going to the docs? (or should I just bathe them and leave them?)

conjuctivitis is contagious so be careful or you'll all get it ! You could try Brolene eye drops but probably need chloramphenicol . you cannot buy this from a Pharmacy for under 2years . best get t0 a Pharmacist to have a quick look , they may not wish even to sell Brolene if it is bad but suggest DR ( out-of hours ) if there is one near you . or keep bathing and insist on Dr appointment on Monday if no improvement. hopr this helps .

I'd just give a squirt of breast milk - magical stuff.

You'll have to mail me some then as I don't think Cow & Gate will have the same effect!
