Does my toddler dd have a yeast infection?

I had thought she'd been holding herself as if she needs a wee. Today I noticed lots of whitey yellowey pasty stuff just inside her vagina. I think she must have been finding it itchy. What might she have? Can I get something over the counter for it or do I need to see gp? Thanks for reading.
