Five month Baby not been feeding well - going into the fourth day now

My baby has been under the weather this week. On Tuesday night when I woke him for the dream feed he refused it and then threw up and did an explosive poo. Since then he's been really fussy on the breast, feeding for a minute or two and then dramatically refusing anymore. He arches his back and moans. I have tried feeding him more often.

He's been a little subdued but generally ok. Obviously his nappies are not as dirty or as wet but he's still having wet and dirty nappies including quite a wet one this morning. He did take a bigger feed before bed last night but only 1oz at his dreamfeed last night (usually takes 5/6oz). He woke at 5am this morning and had a 5 min feed (this is normal for night) then so he's not wanting anything now.

He is still making straining/groaning noises every now and then (like now). And whingy noises when usually he's quite happy.

I am really worried about him now. This will be his fourth day of not eating well. Has anyone had any experience of this with their baby? Is it a tummy bug and he will get over it?

I've had a cold and it does seem like he's sneezing a little bit now but I took him to the docs on Wed and there was nothing wrong with him.

Thanks BBx
