Whats the best cream for soothing/protecting windburnt cheeks (face not bum!)

Any recomendations - for 3 1/2 yr old, also 18mths if suitable. 3yr old's cheeks are red and dry. Johnson and Johnson used to do one, but I cant find it now.

E45 or Aveena. I slap it on my 4 yr old. Sudocreme good to slap on overnight if it's really sore.
