little white pearly pimples/lumps/bumps on eyelid on toddler

are they milia? one has come where a chicken pox scar was sitauted on eyelid line of eyelashes....in pox crater...perhaps a har follicle inflamed etc and another one in fold of eyelid

will they go away????

look like fatty tiny tiny pearls

cant touch them as 18 month toddler will not let me go near face at all

but can they last as long as this...has had them one month at least now

what causes them??
any advice appreciated

I think they do sound like Milia, but see docs to be sure. I'm not sure you can go near them - I sorted mine out a while ago after soon advice on MN, but I only had two. I had to go after them with a pin - you can't squeeze them out - they're too far underneath the surface of the skin.

They could just be full of pus though, in which case, they will burst naturally over time.

I would go to the docs if you're concerned, but I think you are better off just leaving them alone tbh, if they're not bothering your LO...you can risk scar if you can't go after them the way you would on yourself (calmly, in other words!).
